we’d love to host you and your friends/colleagues for a private bread baking or pizza making workshop at The Mill!! we can easily host groups of up to 25 people.
participants will get tons of hands-on instruction and plenty of individual attention. they’ll learn all about how to keep a sourdough starter healthy and active, how to mix up fool proof bread/pizza dough, and a bunch of tips and tricks to make incredible pizza/bread in their home oven. they’ll also leave the class with sourdough starter, fresh milled flour, and some very helpful tools!
